Kate Woods believes brilliant founders shouldn't be buried in their own operations. As Founder & Chief Executive Catalyst of Kate Woods Executive Solutions, she works as an operational architect for diverse-owned micro- and small businesses; building right-sized processes, automation, and strategy with her clients, teaching as she goes, so every system sticks and no one re-creates the wheel alone.

Kate brings decades of experience in client relations, office management, and training and development. She holds a Technical Writing Certificate from Oregon State University, is a Certified Dashboard Designer and CO.STARTERS Certified Facilitator, and continues adding technical certifications. Her commitment to a "Shared Harvest" extends to nonprofit board service and community outreach.

When she's not in a client's garden, she's growing her own or exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family and their dog, dancing and dining.
