Integrated Supports for Living, Inc. (IS Living) is dedicated to fostering independence, dignity, and opportunity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the Salem and Silverton communities. Originally founded as Spruce Villa in 1974 and expanded through a merger with Oregon Housing and Associated Services in 2015, IS Living has built a strong reputation for person-centered support and community inclusion.
