Chemeketa Cellars/Chemeketa Eola/Wine Studies Program

About Us

Located in West Salem, the Chemeketa Eola campus is located in a pastoral setting 10 minutes from downtown Salem. The facility houses the Northwest Wine Studies Center, offering vineyard management, winemaking, and wine hospitality education, along with an 8-acre vineyard and estate winery. The Chemeketa Cellars tasting room is located in the event center building, where visitors can taste student-grown, student-made, award-winning wines while enjoying beautiful views from the tasting room and patio. The tasting room also offers beer, cider, non-alcoholic options, and a light bites/charcuterie menu, along with live music, paint-and-sip classes and yoga+wine classes throughout the year. The Chemeketa Eola meeting and event venue can accommodate trainings, meetings, and special events for groups from 5-220. The tasting room and patio are also available for private rental outside of tasting room hours.
