Ashlee Mecham, a lifelong Oregonian, brings over a decade of real estate expertise to every client she serves. Raised near Salem and a graduate of Warner Pacific University with a B.A. in Communications, Ashlee combines strong negotiation skills with genuine care for her clients. She approaches her role as a Real Estate Advisor like an educator, ensuring clients understand each step of the process to make informed decisions. Deeply involved in her community, she serves as President of the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS® Community Foundation and as a Salem Chamber Ambassador. Ashlee lives in Salem with her husband, two children, and two Labradors, and loves Oregon’s unique mix of coastal getaways and mountain adventures.

In my role as Chief Operations Officer, I provide oversight of company business operations for Third River Marketing LLC. In addition, I have served as a volunteer for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce as Friday Greeters Networking Chair and I am currently serving as a volunteer Chamber Ambassador. I delight in reaching out and meeting new people everywhere I go. In my spare time, I enjoy reading or playing the piano. I also volunteer as the worship leader at my church.

Sue has 26 years of mortgage industry experience and has dedicated that experience to serving your best interests.  Well versed in the full spectrum of loan options, she helps first-time homebuyers, savvy investors, and veterans find the best loan options for their needs.  Sue has received multiple awards for outstanding service.  She cares deeply for her community, holding leadership roles in various organizations.  Outside of work, she enjoys singing with the Willamette Master Chorus.
