Special Olympics Oregon Salem Regional Athletics Competition

Join us for an exciting day of track & field! This is one of four regional Athletics competitions across the state. Athletes compete in various track and field events. Special Olympics Oregon is looking for volunteers to support this event. Volunteer positions include timers, runners, field support, escorts, staging, results, awards, and lunch distribution. Timers: Record athlete times for track events. Runners: Bring times/scores to awards tents between events. Field Support: Assist with field events: measuring & officiating jumps & throws. Escorts: Walking athletes to awards upon completion of an event. Staging: Checking in athletes and walking athletes to starting positions.
