Family Building Blocks is the Relief Nursery serving Marion and Polk counties. Our mission is “Keeping Children Safe and Families Together.” We work to prevent child abuse and neglect. We partner with families with children - prenatal to five - who have the greatest need for support. We provide high-quality, critical, and voluntary services at no cost. Services are trauma-informed and designed to be responsive to each child and family’s ethnic, cultural, and linguistic heritage.
