Carole’s journey in event management began at the Portland Oregon Visitors Association, where she worked as a Convention Services Manager. But her passion for planning started much earlier. As a young girl, she was known for hosting elaborate birthday parties for her many pets—complete with handmade posters and trays of fruits and veggies. That early spark grew into a lifelong love of bringing people together.

Over the years, Carole has built an impressive career, serving on some of Oregon’s most prestigious event management teams. She has held roles as Suite Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers, Director at Travel Oregon, and Events Manager at the Oregon Dental Association, Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association, and Update Management. From large-scale conferences to high-profile fundraisers, Carole has done it all—always with her signature blend of creativity, organization, and heart.
