"Mentorship: Steps, Strategies & Misconceptions"
In October, our Chamber Business Women luncheon welcomes Financial Advisor Krystan Resch to talk about the importance of mentorship in professional and personal growth.
What is mentoring? Should I mentor? Would someone mentor me? How is mentoring different from advocating or consulting or age/experience-gap friendship? Join us to hear world-class mentor and trainer, Krystan Resch, share the answers to these questions, and more!
Speaker: Krystan Resch, Financial Advisor at Summit Wealth Management
Krystan grew up in Salem and was active in sports at Sprague High School. She attended the University of Oregon where she received her bachelor's of science. After college, Krystan moved to Portland where she worked in the financial and software industries for 15 years, most recently as the Head of Partnerships at Zoominfo. While in the industry, she experienced working at a start-up that, in just a few years, became a publicly traded company.
Outside of work, Krystan enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family. Her partner, Frank, and her pup, Olly, keep her busy and they are always helping her find their next big adventure.
