Lucy Escobar is an author, business consultant, and personal development coach with more than 25 years of experience empowering individuals and organizations to achieve growth and balance. She is the founder of Lucy Escobar Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she helps entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders align their business strategies with personal fulfillment.
Lucy is also the founder of the Oregon Book Fair, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting literacy, culture, and bilingual education. With a background in leadership development, finance, and community impact, she has served as a mentor, chamber director, and keynote speaker at local and international conferences.
Her work is rooted in the belief that true success comes from balance, nurturing both professional achievements and personal well-being.
